Power outage when Formating DriveStation USB - 1TB drive now shows 69GB

Drive Station External USB 2.0 Hard Drive; Model HD-CE1.0TU2

 

Power shut down when I was formating to NTFS using Windows XP Pro SP3

 

Drive now shows 69GB forrmatted  capacity.

 

How do i get it back to 933GB?
