My terastation live has stopped booting after its loads the kernel --- says system booting then it says 100mbpsFull and stops--- it no longer gives the date time or IP address.----- it also no longer shows up in my network---

   Go to buffalotech.com/support/downloads . select your unit and download the latest firmware and run that. Should fix the probloem.

I've just gone through all this. I had to connect my computer to the TS directly by cable (and allocate it an appropriate IP address within the same range). I tried various things like disabling the firewall, and booting the TS into Emergency Mode (Open the front and Hold down the secret button under the left hand side of the screen to get to EM mode) and eventually was able to force a firmware update.
