Hello, I've bought a linkstation live.

I use the memeo software to backup my media files (folder named MEDIA) from my computer to my linkstation.

I want to use  the media server to view my files from my linkstation to my ps3.

My problem is that Memeo uses a lot of folders and subfolders to store the files.  And is very annoying to browse through all that to see my files.

So I was thinking in creating a symbolic link to point the media server to.  The target will be the memeo folder with my files.  Is that possible/recommended.

Other suggestions equally accepted!

regards,

The only setting that you might be able to perform with the linkstation that might help is creating a new shared folder on the linkstation, which is done within the web interface under the shared folder setup page, which would create another top level folder that your ps3 would browse to.  Is something like that what you are thinking?

Thx for your response.

No, that's not what I want.  I want the media server to access the folder were memeo stores my files AND another folder where the bit torrent downloads files.

They are in separate top level folders.  And the media server only lets me point to one.

Thanks,

Manu
