Hi Everyone

I have just brought me new buffalo LS-QVL. I put a WD 3 tb in bay 1 and an older WD 2tb with my files on it in Bay 2. I then started her up and waited. Went to my computer and had a look and there where my two new drives. The only problem is all the files are gone from the second drive. Went back to the instructions and saw that files may be deleted.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get the files back? I have not touched that drive as yet

Thanks

Dave

If you have used RAID then your files would have been deleted. You must restore your files from your backup.

I got it. I had to take the frive out and put it in a PC. From there I ran icare data recover and 9 hours later I had a lot of files. I now have to go through them as all the file names have changed but it looks like I have most of them
