Hello

 

I have purchased HD_PXT500U2/B 2 years ago. I have enabled encryption for the first time i have used. It is working perfectly fine from last two years. 

 

I want to remove the password now. I suppose I will have to use Secure Lock Manager Easy. But I don't have this software. I tried downloading it from the website. I have used my product serial no. but it is giving me following error "Invalid input:Product Serial no"

Please help me removing the password for my hrd drive. A default factory setting would also do.
