Hello, I recently purchased 4 DriveStation DDR HD-GDU3 drives and am only getting about 140 MB/s average write speeds.  The drives are connected to a USB 3.0 port on a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP4 TH that is running the latest BIOS.  The PC is running Windows 8 Pro 64-bit.  There is no noticeable difference in write speed with or without the DriveNavigator v1.00 software installed.  I am transferring large (~140 MB) files.  Do you have any suggestions to help me achieve better write performance?  Thank you.

Edit: I forgot a pretty important fact about my setup.  The drive I'm reading from is an internal drive connected with SATA 6.0Gb/s.  The model is a Seagate Constellation ES.2 ST33000651NS 3TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
