Hi. I've seen a few other posts about this, but nothing has fixed the problem yet.

I have a LS-WSGL/R1 F/W [v1.06] and the admin area's left menu won't display. Windows 7, x64, IE 8.

I've tried  turning my AV/firewall off, no change, as well as from other computers, no change.

Tried the firmware update, no luck. Changed the ini [VersionCheck = 0], and it gets a step further, but aborts saying the version is the same as the current version, which it is. Is there another way or something I'm missing in order to force the firmware update?

Thanks

Check the box in the debug menu for "do not check version".

MrBenjie

Thanks. How do I enter the debug menu?

I had the same problem. I turned off My Symantec firewall AND virus protection, and the left menu showed right up. Turning off just the Firewall didnt resolve the issue for me, turning off both did. Now when ever I log on I just need to remember to preemptively turn those 2 things off and it works.

Also, I use IE and have the latest firmware.
