Hi

I have the MiniStation Air working fine on Android devices but my iPhone 5 (iOS6) and iPad (iOS6) both refuse to play video files over 350mb via the MiniStation app.

Smaller video files play but when attempting to play larger video files via the app I get the error message:

"Files over 350mb are not supported with iOS 5."

As it stands the device is useless to me if I can't get this resolved.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

DaveWise

I have the same problem which makes the device useless for films. How many films are <350Mb. I feel a little conned. The seagate wireless drive works well !!!!

The file types need to be natively supported by iOS otherwise you will get this error. You're probably trying to play .avi, .mkv etc which iOS does not natively support.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

There are plenty of software packages free on the internet that convert video for use with the ipod/iphone/ipad.
