Hi,

I recently bought a LinkStation duo with 1 gig in it. All initial setups were successful until I tried to access the drive via the local network. Webaccess is fine on my computer as well as mobile. Other features are working also. Problem is when im trying to access the drive it asks me for a username and password. So I put in the admin username and password just like I do on the webaccess as well as websettings interface. When I try to do map network drive, it says 'failed mapping. remote default share is missing.'.

here are some details :

1. I have Linkstation Duo with 1.64 framework

2. I have windows xp pc.
