Hi all,

I am trying to backup a 2.4tb of data to a newly purchased TS5400 8TB (RAID5) with latest firmware. Error received half way through the backup really frustrate me (i tried several times with same error result!). And when I try to open the network folder again, I received this error message.

Error mesage,

\\TS5400D1E4\RecoveredData is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

Space to store the file waiting to be printed is not available on the server.

I have tried backing up the data by accessing the server my mapping and also through the windows network, same error for both.

Any assistance is grealy appreciated!

Regards,

Jawa
