I am assuming this means I have a bad HD?  I bought a new one to replace it, same size, cache, rpm, etc.

Do I backup my data, open it up, pull the bad one, put in the new one and turn it back on?  Will it simply restructure with the new drive and take off or do I have to format it somehow, then add it to the array and stuff?

Also do I need to use the Linkstation Navigator 2 I found on this site here to look at the users/shares etc?  I've never used a linkstation before and logging into the IP address didnt seem to let me see any of that information.  Just basics of name, model, ip, date and HD space used.

I'd like to replace it tomorrow so a quick response is appreciated.  Thanks!

Anyone?  I would like to do this today so I'd like to make sure I do it right.  Please let me know the correct procedure to replacing a hard drive in one of these units.
