Missing LinkStation's icon in NAS Navigator2 window after install

I have a LS-WVL/E Linkstation Pro Duo, have installed the NAS Navigator2 software properly and can not see the linkstation icon in the application. the unit is on, connected to my wireless router through the cable, my pc is connected to the router through a cable.  what am i missing?

reboot of everything on my network got the icon to appear but now it has a big yellow question mark on it

If you click the question mark it will give you an error message.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
