Hi,

I have a HD-PCU3 that will not open .Green light on and can hear HD spinning. Have tried it on 3 computers .When I try to open it a box comes up with" location is not available, a red X,  J:\ is not accessable, access is denied. Also if I right click and go into properties it shows it is full but also shows 0 bytes used and o bytes available. Can anybody help?
