Trouble with firmware update on LS-X3.0TL EU

I downloaded the firmware and whenever i tried the update the firmware, after the process is complete I get the following error

I have connected my Windows 7 PC & the Linkstation live via ethernet cable and had disabled the antivirus

 

Any tips on how I can update the firmware? Currently it is on Frimware 1.62

Disable the firewall. Make sure you have a static IP address set on the PCs network card to match the IP address range the linkstation is on.
