Web Access not working in any PC browser, just loading help please

Hi,

 

Just wondering if anyone could help, All browsers I've tried - IE9, Chrome, FF wont display my share.

After going to buffalonas.com and inputting my share name (buffalo name what ever its called) it just constantly stay on blank screen with the circle loading icon spinning.

I've tried deleting cache,cookies and all that stuff, restarting pc, checked all browsers have full access but to no avail.

Now the odd thing is I can access the page perfectly via Dolphin browser on my android phone & tab, and alos works with the apps too.

Also I tried the webaccess windows program and that works fast too.

Any ideas people?

Same issue for me in Firefox 16 and IE 8. What firmware are you using?

Good question! 1.34, I just saw there is an update I will DL & try that and post results tomorrow as its near midnight here. When updating the firmware will I lose any info like data, passwords or settings?

No a firmware update should not effect any data however ensure you have a backup at all times.

The firmware update seemed to fix the problem. 

 

Just one more question..The buffalonas.com name I gave you- once I finish setting up the structure of HDD, do I simply just log into admin page and change the name there with new key and that will sync with buffalonas.com servers to let me log in with the new name (more deserving than the test name I set up)
