Hi,

I'm LS-WX2.0TL/R1 and LS-WX4.0TL/R1.

I'm tried to download WebAccess for Windows but don't accept my serial number.

How i solve this?

Thanks

Meritxell

One other possibility, because I experienced it, is that their device has a label on the underside that LOOKS as though the serial number is part of it, but it is NOT the serial number.

If you entered the lower number from this label on the underside of the NAS:

MAC: xxxxxxxxxxx

F-S/N: 8LSWVLxxxxxxx

that is NOT the serial number. The serial number is stamped separately about 2 inches below that label, and is a 14-digit NUMBER (no letters).

Called tech support and they pointed me to the right place.
