Just got my storage drive, HD-LXU3, from Amazon. I am using it on a Macbook air to store photos and to back up my computer. I started the backup and a few minutes into it, the drive starts a soft beep, which slowly gets louder and louder. It is now beeping every 3 seconds and it appears the backup is stalled. Do I have a dud? :-( Thank you for any help! I am not the most tech-savvy person.
