Hi, I have a very strange issue.

Using a TeraStation TS-RXL in a classroom environment, PC's are all running Windows 7 Professional. The students log in to the machine using a generic local login on a workgroup. They each have a shortcut to the NAS on the desktop which when they click on prompts them for their username / password that is configured on the NAS.

However...

If the wrong username and password is entered. The NAS still shows the folder list anyway. And when they try to access their specific area, it doesn't accept the correct username and password when it's entered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mark
