I had an issue with my HS-DH320GL

I had a tech download the drivers and I can now see the drive again on my network. It shows that there is 30% storage used however I can not see the files that I have stored on the drive. I appears that there is nothing on the drive as if it was brand new. Can anyone help me find the files that are stored but not visable?
