LinkStation associated with unwanted Workgroup and Domain

I have a Linkstation LS-X3.0TL on my home network.  When I first ran the NAS NAvigator routine, I was logged into my work VPN.  The setup routine associated the NAS device with my work Workgroup and Domain.  Of course, only one of the computers on the network uses that workgroup or domain and doesn't always have connection to the workgroup or domain.

Now, I have problems with the unit whenever my VPN login timesout.  I would really like to dissassociate the NAS device from the Workgroup and Domain.  I have tried uninstalling NAS Navigator from all computers on the network and reinstalling when I am not logged into the workgroup and domain.  But, the information about the workgroup and domain is being retained somewhere.

How can I remove all knowledge of the Workgroup and Domain so that I am not required to be logged into them to properly use and manage the NAS device?

Thanks for any help.

You will have to go in to the web interface  go to Maintanance then chose restore and erase, restore the unit to factory settings.
