Linkstation Duo E11 error

I have a Linkstation Duo LS WX2.0TL/R1 configured for RAID 1. I primarlily use it for Time Machine Backups and storing media, It recently stopped being visible on the network.

 

When I start the machine it immediatley seems to give an E11 error. If I remove the hard drives I get a blue flashing light followed by and E06 error, but the fan spins until the error is displayed. 

 

I have tried to TFTP boot the machine, but it will only appear on the network (and that is briefly)  if the drives are removed. 

 

Just trying one drive at a time and if drive 1 is in, then I get a straight E11. If I only have drive 2 in then the blue boot light lights up and then I get a red light and it loops endlessly.

 

Any advice welcome.
