Webaccess; forgot my username and password

I forgot my webaccess username and password. is there any way to recover them?

No. Just change them.

If you are refering to your buffalonas.com name and key you can see these by logging onto the web admin -> Extensions -> Web Access.

If you are refering to the username/password that you access a particular share via web access then you can edit this again by logging onto the web admin page -> Users/Groups -> Local Users.

Hi, I own a Terastation III with firmware v1.57. I tried to update WebAccess Key but it does not allow me to, it just says 'The account name chosen has either already been taken by another device, or the key entered is incorrect. Please try another name and/or key.' Please advise.
