LS-WSGL Not visible from NasNavi or Network

Rebooting via the off switch does not seem to work. Have powered down. When I restore power, the blue Linkstation logo of the front continues to flash. When Ethernet connected, green light flashes continually as well. /the unit is vibrating slightly as if the disks are spinning.

 

I checked the IP address and tried to ping, but this was unsuccessful as well.

 

It was previously up to date in terms of firmware.

 

Any suggestions for getting it going or simply recovering my data would be gratefully received.
