Problems resetting User Name and Password on Linkstation HD-HD120LAN

Hi all,

 

For no apparent reason, I am unable to log into the web console for my Linkstation. I tried the process of holding down the Reset button until the Rev light starts blinking but am still unable to log in using the default user name and passwords. It has also affected the rights for the shares, I can log in as Guest but it doens't recognize the users and passwords that have been set up.

 

Any thoughts?

You have tired root/no password?

Well, kick me in the head. I tried root with the default password, but not without any password. Looks like things are back and running.
