Cloudstation not able to send emails

I've recently bought a cloud station cs-x1.0 and I was able to setup everything except the notifications.

 

I have enabled and added the proper receipients I've tried many times to send test emails but none of them arrived. I've looked into my spam but there was no emails received. Anything else that I'm missing here?

What email account are you trying to use? I know alot of providers block this kind of email. I tested using gmail and it works fine.
