I've read an official Buffalo Website, that say that a CloudStation Nas it's accesible from the web not only with Web Access, but even as a pc local drive.

It appear that a free desktop application in needed to achieve the result.

Anyone know if this is possible even with LinkStation Pro units?

TIA

Thanks Davo for this info about the LinkStation.

Can you confirm that, on the other hand, CloudStation may do what i'm searching for, access the unit from the Internet as a mapped drive?

if you use the pogoplug software it will appear as a local drive, even if you are connected to the internet.
