   Hello folks. I am very new and need your help. I need to restore my nas firmware but do not know how to. Please help.

some more information would be nice - like the model you own, visibility in the network, pingable ip address of the "nas" etc....

also i don´t know if you mean your firmware seems corrupt or if you just want to restore factory defaults using the web-gui....
