Hey guys, My Juststore has died after 18 months and I believe it has a 2 year warranty. Apart from not being able to get hold of anyone at Buffalo to talk to them about, say, doing what the warranty says they'll do, I also need to get the data off my failed drive. Anyone know if data recovery actions will invalidate my warranty?
depends on the issue, if the casing is removed then as far as I'm aware the warranty is voided.
