Title: Smart-APC 750 UPS with Terastation pro II

I am trying to connect a Smart APC 750 UPS to a Terastation pro II via serial cable for automatic shuttdown in case of a power outage. After the booting process of the Terastation, there is an error message on the display:

 

Error E10 - UPS dependent,

 

and starts the shutting down process.

 

I set the UPS configuration to medium sensitivity and the UPS settings from the Terastation to sync to the UPS. Am i missing something?, Any clues?

 

Also, is there a way to shuttdown two Terastations Pro II using on single Smart APC UPS?

 

Any hints and tips will help a lot. Thank you in advance.
