I just bought a HD-CE500U2...I am only using about 170GB...mostly itunes data and files. Every 2-3 days...the files are lost. The folde show up...but no files in them. Thus cant use itunes. I have to restart the drive and then they show up immediately...Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. I contactd Buffalo customer service...but they were of now help...except to offer to send an advanced replacement.
Please help...getting tire of restarting every 2 days!
What file format is the drive in?
and what operating system are you using?
