Title: Device Driver Software was not Successfully installed

I just received my 'HD-CEU2 DriveStation'

 

It did not install automatically, it just gave the following fact....Device Driver Software was not Successfully installed.

 

Anyone have an idea of what to do?  It is not showing as a device or anything.  My technical knowledge is rather poor, and I don't want to break the thing trying to fix it by experimenting.

 

Any suggestions would be welcome.

what operating system are you using?

 

Make sure you go to windows updates and down load all the available updates for your system.
