but when I register the  iSCSI hard disk I'm getting error " iSCSI might not be registered".

My operating system is Windows 2003 server (Enterprise edition 64 Bit)

This might also help:

Buffalo iSCSI hard isk Connection Tool

Finds the NAS but cannot see the volume OR register it

NAS Navigator 2

Cannot find the NAS

NAS Updater

Cannot find the NAS "Terastation can't be found"

Have you actually created the volume in the interface? Are you using LVM? How big is the volume?

Go through step by step how you created the volume.

What OS are you using?

NAS Navigator 2

Cannot find the NAS

It is not ment to find the unit, nas navi does not work for iSCSI

NAS Updater

Cannot find the NAS "Terastation can't be found"

There is only one firmware available and this is the stock FW that comes with the unit.

I am using Windows XP.

I have created a volume using all 4 disks in a RAID 5 configuration (total volume size 2.771 GB)

First I tried without LVM.

Just enabled LVM and recreated it to see if it helps. At the moment it says "Checking RAID Array 1"
