Title: Lost network connection LS-CHL 2TB
Post by: rjthomas44 on December 06, 2011, 03:24:25 PM

I've read many posts around this, but getting confused. Until yesterday, device worked fine and then suddently I can't connect. I can see the device through windows explorer but unable to map to it. It still shows 3% usage. Firmware 1.34. Some advice is to update firmware and I have just downloaded v 1.54; however I can't install as admin password isn't recognised. I've done a factory reset on the device twice, but still can't access. It seems I now have two issues- can't access web portal due to unacceptable p/w; and can't access device to view stored files. I'm not very techie litterate so any advice would best be kept to simple words : ))
