Title: Ts-rixl600 disk 3 broken but no disk error in mail

Hi

 

we have a Ts-RIXL600 at 1.54 firmware version: the display of the appliance shows disk 3 broken (in red),

Connecting using IE i can see disk_3_broken_error+degrade_mode_info

In the mail all is ok.

Where is the bug?

Should i change the disk?

Reset the unit via the admin page then restructure the array. Ensure you have a backup before proceeding.

Hi.

The disk is broken so i sent it to Holland to change it.

In the message i received from Ts i can see:

So disk 3 is missing: is it possible to receive the mail with the title saying disk error or missing or rc not equal 0 not only "Information" to avoid to read the mail?
