Title: password reset LS-CH2.0TL-EU
Post by: digritz on July 23, 2011, 09:25:39 AM

Hi

My Link station suffered a power outage and returnEM message.

I downloaded the firmware updater and reinstalled.

No I can get intothe shares as the password does not work.

I have powered off. held funstion , and powered on, then pressed function again to restore factory defaults ( which I assume inscludes the admin and password rest.

but I still cant access it using default passwords etc.

Any clues ?

thanks

Rob

What firmware version were you running before it went into EM mode?

I have got the same problem.
Now installed:  1.6 -3. ....    Before the update, there was no firmware version shown  (----).

I can see the NAS  in the NasNavigator2,  but not in the Network-Area and there's no access with the  known username (admin) / password.

I'm from Germany / Europe.   Is there a hotline that could help me?
