Title: HD-CE20TU2 blinks, but not accessable. Help!
Post by: annay92 on July 03, 2011, 07:40:46 PM

I have a relatively new 2G HD CE20TU2(B). I have been accessing data from without any problem for months.

Over the weekend, once I connected it to power, it blinks green light regularly, but the disk is not accessable, not connected.

Is it dead? How can I get it help to retrieve data on it again?

Thanks heaps!

It's 2TB, not 2GB.

Does it appear in Disk management or device manager? Have you tested it on a different PC using a different USB cable? Do you have a backup?
