Title: Simple media streamer to work with a Linkstation Live
Post by: nathan on January 02, 2009, 03:21:38 PM

I have read that there are a lot of problems getting a Linkstation Live to talk to media streamer / extenders despite what is claimed.

I am after a simple audio streamer to pull music off the Linkstation Live without having the pc on.

There is a Phillips streamium media player NP1100 that would seem to do what I want.

Will it work with the Linkstation Live?????

Yes I would recommend our new version, it also comes packed with other features.

Hi Paul

Thanks for that.

Is the new version the 1100/05?

What other features does it have? I am guessing that there are things on the CD which can be used to make playlists etc. Can these be stored on the buffalo and then retrieved by the streamium without the pc?

As you can guess I am new to all this.

Regards

Nathan
