Title: can't access ministation, not formatted window pops up

can somebody help me. i can't access my ministation (HD-PF160U2), when I open it a window pops up saying "the disk in drive F is not formatted." Can I recover my files? How?

what format is the unit in?

how does your disk manager report it?
