Title: 1 TB JustStore LED light continuously flashes green / drive does not register
Post by: AcesBeeblebrox on February 04, 2011, 05:09:05 AM

When I plug in my JustStore 1 TB the LED on the front just flashes green continuously. The device is not registered by the computer.

I use a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.6.6. The device has been used once where I formatted it to

back-up the computer using Time Machine.

I've tried changing the USB cable, rebooting, and testing it on another computer with no results.

Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

Did you try seeing it through the disk utility through your Mac? And did you try plugging it into a Windows pc and going to disk management to see if it could see the hard drive?

Thanks for replying. I have tried both those things with no luck. The PC I used ran XP. There is stil no indication that a device has been connected.

Hi there

rather than starting a new thread i'd thought i would tag onto here.

Im having the exact same issue - blicking green light and not recgonised on the PC.

It is not seen in disk management or device manager.

I have 10 years worth of family photos on there, any help would really be appreciated.

Thanks
