Are you coping data from the unit to a USB hard drive?  If so you can schedule a back up job in the LS web GUI.

Let me know if you need more help or if I missed what your trying to do completely.

Thanks for your answer :)

I explain you my problem :

I have datas on the "share" shared folder (bittorrent files, I can't delete this datas) I have a seconde shared folder "Temp" on the NAS, and I want to copy a part of the "share" datas on the "Temp" shared folder.

When I copy the files, I make a copy with my computer and it's very slow ! (1mb/s !!) I think the datas are transfering by my computer, but I just want copy datas beetween the two shared folders on the NAS :(

I don't know how to make a fast copy beetween theese two folders on the NAS

Thanks for your help

Schedule a backup job from share to temp.

this will be done from the web interface.

Can this same process be used to move files from one dir on a linkstation to another dir on the same link station?

Will be faster than using the desktop to do this?

Thanks
