Title: Terastation Pro TS-RHTGL Firmware
Post by: KittyMatt on August 25, 2010, 06:10:39 PM

Hello,

I'm trying to get my TS-RHTGL onto a Windows 2008 R2 domain, is there a way to manually update the firmware without using the TSUpdater program, or at least tell it the IP of the unit? It is saying "device wasn't found" yet it is on the same subnet and switch as the terastation and all firewall/security software is disabled.

It's currently running 1.27 and I'm trying to update to 1.33

Any help muchly appreciated!

The updater program is there because it communicates with the unit specifically, if it is not seen across the network you may need to connect it directly to a PC or try a different switch if the information is all correct
