Title: recovering log-in info - LS-250GL
Post by: cheesenose on August 14, 2010, 07:04:55 PM

I need to find a way to recover or reset my log-in info for my LS-250GL NAS drive. I haven't used it in awhile, and i forgot what it was. I'm ok to reformat it, if that's what it takes. Help please!

With the NAS running have you held down the reset button on the back of the unit for 15 seconds?
