Title: Terastation mount problem setopbox
Post by: 954rr on December 05, 2008, 03:40:24 PM

Hi,

I have a Terastation HD-H1.0TGL/R5 connected on my lan, it works great.

Is it possible to connect with my setopbox (dreambox 7000S), it is a linux box.

I can connect the setopbox to my pc with nfs or cifs.

I have tried  to connect but it won't work.

Greetings

How are you trying to connect using the Linux box, and what error messages do you get? Try using this mount command as root:

mount -t smb //ip_address_of_terastation/name_of_share /path/to/mountpoint

Hi, thanks for reply

It works with Cifs, i give the input through a webbrowser from the dreambox.

The problem was, i forgot to enable the authorisation of the map.

Thanks
