Somehow i cannot access anything in my HD-PX500U2. Is there a way of rebooting this? The drive doesn't even show anymore. Just the utility or whatever it is. help

Does the utility see the drive? Is the drive partition viewable in either Windows device manager? disk management? or OSX Disk Utility? Need to confirm the disk is still good.
