Hello,

Can anyone help me out there?

I have 3 HD-PX500U2 ministation portable hard dirves, all of them had been encrpted, I know the passwprds.

Ok, there is the thing, I tried to open them on multi PC (actually 4-5 PCs, some desktop, some laptop, all WinXP pro OS), I am sure the password is definitely correct, but the buildin application of these HD-PX500U2 always prompt me for password, and said "the password is not correct, please try again."

is this a kind of known issue? or something, 'cause I couldn't find any similar message in this Forum.

The passwords are case sensitive. Are you sure you didn't have any capital letters or special characters in your password?
