Hi i am the user for the LS-WXL/E, enclose model.

i was plug the hardisk 1TB into my LS-WXL/E. But they appear the EM Mode.

i am scare and no follow the step to update the LS-WXL/E firmware.

when i plug out and plug back my 1TB hardisk to mt dekstop, the window can't find my hardisk.

i go to computer management > storage >, it showing my hardisk in GPT Protective Partition, and also showing the free space is 100% ( i gone all my data).

Anybody can advice me on this....Please

All data is my thesis data, for final year project................

Alright, try the force firmware update and post back the results.

HDD to be used in the Linkstation it will make a new partition and the data is deleted.
The important data use the recovery servic

Recovery service means using the recovery software to recover the data?

Any software recommander?  and how many percentage can recover back.

Only if you check the option to rebuild the partition table will the disk be formatted and the data gone.

is that even i using the MBR repair software also can't help?

If you rebuild the partition it wipes everything including the MBR, you would need to extract any data prior to doing this, as seeing after a partition the likelihood of data recovery is drastically reduced
