Title: Linkstation Live Wake On LAN (WOL)
Post by: davo on July 23, 2010, 03:36:10 AM

LS-CHL V2

FW: 1.33

Hello,

Currently i'm using the above LS with my DD-WRT router for WOL. I can wake it up from the WAN (forwarding port 9 UDP) but it then goes to sleep after 360 seconds (i'm assuming since its not getting the magic packet from either a PC on the LAN or the DD router)

I have setup the DD-WRT router for wake-on-LAN daemon and said for it to send the request every 300 seconds but its still powering down.

I know this may not be offically supported by Buffalo but any ideas would be welcome.

Sorry about that davo.  You could try what this guy has done on this thread.  Unfortunately, we don't have any software aside from the NAS Navi being installed (along with the Keep Alive service) on a local computer.
