Title: Cant copy any files to my Linkstation Pro

Hey guys,

 

 

Just unboxed this great machine only to find I am stuck already. I have set it up right, loaded on NAS Naigator. I now load into NAS navigator and try to open up the drive to see the filesi have created (i made 2 mor folders movies and TV shows) but it wont allow me to access them, they are greyed out (i have read/write on)

 

How do i copy files over to it. I tried drag and drop but its not moving them (i am using a mac and doing it through the finder)

 

I have the bit torrent client up, its seeing my drive on the PS3.

 

Any help would be great as the main purpose (moving files onto the network drive) isnt working :(

Do you have the drives mapped to you rOSX based computer?  That would be the first step, second step within OSX please be sure that you are connecting via SMB as opposed to AFP
