Title: cannot detect HD-CE1.0TU2-A4

I just buy 1T of this model today,either my computer or laptop are can't detect it.

I try with each USB port but still the same,change the USB cable not solved too.

What's the problem may be?

It is possible that you have a defective unit, if just recently purchased you may want to return it to the vemdor.  Otherwise do you feel any type of vibration from the device while it is plugged in as if the hard disk is running

there is no any reaction when plug in but when I change USB cable,the LED is blinking a while,but no any found new hardware install message

after I restart,same with starting

Same problem with another computer?
If yes, I think the device is defective .

ya,my laptop just bought last year christmas but same problem so.
