Title: A sudden stop (HD-PX500U2)

As the title imply my external hard drive (HD-PX500U2) suddenly stop working. Of course its been drop a few time but its still work fine but one day it just stop working. There seem to be power going through it as the blue led lit up for a moment. I still have my warranty but i will lose my data. so if u guys have any solution to my dilema please let me know PS just to let guys know, i already try replacing the wire, and try it on multiple computer but still no go =(

If the unit has died you can contact a professional data recovery service to retrieve your data before sending the unit in for an RMA
